Introduced in 1987, Italy’s dot IT country-specific top-level domain name extension is really popular both locally and in the English-speaking world. The reason is that the domain is a pronoun, which can be used for building creative and catchy domain names – write.it, youcanmake.it and so on. This is a way to create an easy-to-learn domain name, so that it will be easier for your visitors to come back to your website or to give it with associates and fellows. The TLD can also be used for a website, which is related to the technology sector having in mind the fact that IT is an abbreviation, which is well-known around the globe.

Given the fact that dot IT domains are not provided directly by IT-NIC, the Registry that administers this domain extension, such a domain can be purchased through a third-party registration provider, such as ours.
